- User Management
  Everyone who needs to access Helix should be added as a user and assigned to a role. Permissions to access various parts of Helix are assigned to roles. The permissions assigned determine what each user can access in Helix.
- Centre Settings
  Information about each centre is managed in Centre Settings. Where you can add, edit, or clone the centres, and view the inactive centres.
- Immunisation Schedule Management
  Create a new immunisation schedule, edit the schedule and activate it.
- Template Management
  All templates used in the Letter Writer are managed from the Template Management system.
- Preferences
  Enable ePrescribing, RTPM and set your display preferences.
- Abbreviations
  Abbreviations are essentially frequently used text inserted into a patient's consult using keystrokes.
- Certificates
  PKI certificates are required by many businesses for maintaining access to digital health tools including electronic prescribing and My Health Record.
- Active Directory User Management
  The Active Directory User Management page allows you to create new users in Helix, or assign access to existing users.
- Audits
  Use the Audit log to check user access, reauthentication, and any changes made to your patient's personal records.
- Migration to Helix
  Helix uses a FHIR-based tool to migrate your MedicalDirector Clinical data using an iterative approach.
  - Migrated Data
    Not all of your data will have been migrated. Some areas may have only been partially migrated from MedicalDirector Clinical to Helix or have not been migrated.

Address Book	`user` > Settings > Billing > Address Book > Clinical Management tab. For more information, see View Contacts.
Active or Inactive Users	`user` > Settings > Security > Roles & Permissions. For more information, see User Management.
Patient Demographics	From the Patient Search or Patient Queue, select a patient. For more information, see Edit Patient Records
Clinical Notes	Consult notes and Reason for visit. For more information, see Consultations.
Medications	Current prescriptions are listed in Health Summary > Medications > Current tab. Old medications are added to the Health Summary > Medications > Ceased tab as medication history. For more information, see Medications in the Health Summary.
