SMS Appointment Reminders

Helix can automatically send appointment reminders to patients via SMS.

The patient can reply via SMS to accept or decline the appointment. Helix flags their appointment according to their response, or can cancel it automatically if configured to do so.

To use SMS appointment reminders:

Your practice must be configured for SMS messaging.
The patient must opt-in to receive SMS reminders from your practice.
