Reset a Batch - Unlock Batch

Helix informs users of claim errors which would prevent the claim from being transmitted to Services Australia.

This feature pre-checks for errors upon creation and informs the user at that time. The claim can be batched but cannot be transmitted. You can unbatch the claim that has errors, rectify the error, and transmit the remaining claims batch to Services Australia successfully.

In the Transmitted section, claims with errors that block a batch are marked. Hover over the error symbol to display detailed error information. The batch can be unblocked by Unblock batch options, which removes claims with errors to ensure the batch can be transmitted. Claims with errors can be rectified in the Unblock batch under Status: Transmitted section.
