- Health Summary
  Information entered by a practitioner during a consult is added to a patient's Health Summary.
- Consultations
  Record details of a clinical consultation in the Consult panel of the patient's record.
- Patient Timeline
  A summary of the patient's clinical history is displayed in the Patient Timeline.

    You can add a patient's condition to their Health Summary, edit the condition and delete it if required.

  Practitioners can create a visit for a patient, add the patient to the patient queue, and initiate the billing process for all types of visits. Alternatively for previous consults, create a visit and bill the patient.

  The tasks module allows users to send messages (tasks) to other users throughout the medical centre.

Add a Condition in Reason for Visit

Add a condition to a patient's record from a predefined set of conditions.

Procedure

To add a condition during a consult:

In the patient's record, locate and click to open the Consult panel.
In the Reason for Visit section, click in a Condition field and start typing. Select a reason from the list of conditions displayed.
Select Add to Conditions.

Results

The reason for visit is added to the Conditions section of the patient's Health Summary.
