Add New Addresses

Add new contacts to the address book.

About this task

You can add new contacts using the Address book available in the Settings menu under the Helix logon. Alternatively the contacts can be added through the Billing section under the Practice Manager's logon or from the Letter Writer under the Practitioner logon.

Procedure

To add a new address:
  1. On the top-right of the screen click Address.
  2. For the Clinical Management Address Book:
    • When adding an individual's contact details, select Individual, for example, Specialist details.

    • When adding an organisation's contact details, select Organisation, for example, a new Laboratory or Hospital.

  3. For the Practice Management Address Book, add other businesses.

  4. Click Save to save contact details or Cancel to discard changes.
