Use Helix to manage appointments for your health service and the patients' flow through your clinic.
- Patient Queue
  The Patient Queue is a list of patients currently attending the practice.
- Appointment Book Views
  - View Appointment Schedules
    View the appointment schedule for a selected practitioner.
    - Viewing a Single Schedule
      In the appointment book, you can display the schedules for a single or multiple practitioners.
    - Viewing Multiple Schedules Simultaneously
      In the appointment book, you can display the schedules for multiple practitioners simultaneously if required.
    - Viewing Future Appointments
      HelixHelix allows you to view future appointments for a patient.
    - Recurring Appointments
      During a patient's appointment, practitioners can add recurring appointments for existing and new patients.
  - Appointment Status
    In appointment bookings, icons are used to indicate the status of the appointment.
  - Appointment Actions
    In the appointment book, record when a patient does or does not arrive for an appointment, or delete an appointment.

  Print the appointment list for each day from the Appointment screen.

Viewing Future Appointments

HelixHelix allows you to view future appointments for a patient.

Before you begin

Permissions:

View Appointments
View All Appointment Books

Your role must have the View appointments permission to view appointments.

To display future appointments:

In the Patient Information header, locate the Future appointment icon with the number of future appointments displayed in brackets.
Click the icon to display a list of future appointments.

What to do next

If required, to print the list of future appointments, click Print.
