Completing Recalls

Clinicians can complete patient recalls if the clinical interaction is complete.

About this task

After a recall has been created, the recall has been sent to the patient by the practice staff, and the patient presents at an appointment, clinicians can complete the recall if the clinical interaction is complete.

Alternatively, if the recall is for another clinician or is no longer clinically relevant, you can defer or remove it.

Before you complete the recall, you can add medical notes and other comments and review the contact history. If the recall is not urgent, you can also repeat it.
